George Ezra has announced a headline show at The O2, taking place on Monday 13 March 2023.

With three UK No.1 albums Wanted On Voyage (2014), Staying At Tamara’s (2018) and Gold Rush Kid (2022) under his belt, George Ezra has toured the world, toured it some more, then met himself coming back the other way. He’s felt the green, green grass under his feet and the blue, blue sky on his back. A traveller, an entertainer, he’s a man in pursuit of happiness, and of sharing that happiness – on his third album that’s exactly what he has achieved.

His latest album release Gold Rush Kid features some of his most autobiographical and reflective song writing to date. Described by The Independent as “wide-armed and open-hearted” pop and The Sun as “his most personal album and his best”, his third UK number one possesses a springy, radiant disposition as much as it does a simple, yearning longing, from a place of void – and of clarity. It’s a record praised for its emotional lyricism as much as its joyful, uplifting nature. Ezra is the Gold Rush Kid, and he’s en route, making marvellous, transporting, elevational music along the way.

George has partnered with YouTube Music to be their Sustainability Partner for 2022. The National Trust has committed to planting or establishing 20 million trees covering an area the size of Birmingham as part of their plan to become net zero by 2030. The carbon benefits from the 17,000 trees will go towards the charity’s own net zero ambitions.
